Session Locking

Session locking is designed to protect your sensitive data during times of inactivity. This is especially important if you are working out of the office.

Rosemark will automatically lock your session after 30mins of inactivity. You will be warned of the impending lockout 90 seconds beforehand. When the lock out occurs all your open windows will disappear leaving the main Rosemark window. Your work is not gone. Your session and all windows will reappear once you enter your password into the prompted window.

You can choose to lock your session at any time. We recommend locking your session when you step away from your desk or are otherwise pulled away from a current Rosemark session.

You can click the ‘Lock’ button on the main Rosemark window or from the File menu > Lock.

To unlock your session at any time, click ‘Unlock’ or logout and log back in.
