The Caregiver profile is a feature in the RCA (Rosemark Caregiver App) that allows Caregivers to view their own information on the RCA. This allows them to see what information the agency has on file.

The information included in the Caregiver Profile is:

• Preferred Name
• First Name
• Last Name
• Email(s)
• Phone number(s)
• Address
• Credentials (and their expiration dates)
• Availability (current and upcoming 
• Legacy Caregiver points (for those agencies that still use this field for PTO, etc.)

This feature is available for all RCA users by selecting it from the RCA menu.
