Reporting Bugs in the Rosemark Caregiver Mobile App

Bug reports are invaluable because they provide the technical insights needed to identify, replicate, and squash issues that might only appear in specific environments. Beyond technical fixes, these reports help us understand how our tools are being used in the field. If a report indicates a deviation from standard operating procedures, it allows us to coordinate with your agency to provide updated guidance or training, ensuring everyone is empowered to use the app effectively.

To provide a bug report, you have two options

1. The first is the traditional method: simply go to the Settings menu and select Report a Bug. This will open a form where you can provide a Bug Description. Once you have described the issue, tap the Report Bug button to submit it directly to our team.

2. To make helping us easier than ever, we have also added a Shake-to-Report feature. If you encounter a glitch or if something does not look right, simply give your phone a firm shake

The app will automatically capture a HIPAA-compliant screenshot of your current view and open the bug report window, allowing you to share your feedback instantly without missing a beat.
