New Process for Missed Visit Reason/Action Taken CodesUntil now, missed visit reasons/action taken codes were added in the comment field. With this update, those reason codes will now need to be selected from a drop-down menu within the Medicaid Status Tab.

If someone tries to cancel a shift and leave a comment instead of choosing a reason code, a prompt will now remind them to use the Medicaid Status tab.
