Rosemark Caregiver App Preferences

Customize your database preferences that best work for you!

The Rosemark Caregiver App has a number of features that can be turned on or off based on the business needs of the agency. Some of these features can be managed by agency staff while others will need to be enabled by the Rosemark Customer Success team. Most of them are managed via the Configuration Menu.

 

 

Settings Managed by the Agency Menu

  • Shift Reminders
    • Enable or Disable the feature
    • Set the time the notifications go out
    • Include reminders for all shifts or just those on the following day
  • Caregiver Schedule Release Cadence
    • Release caregiver schedules through a specific date
    • Release caregiver schedules on a rolling weekly period

 

 
 

Settings Managed by the Caregiver Travel Menu

  • Enable caregiver travel between shifts
    • Set the parameters of when caregiver travel is applied
      • Any shifts on the same day
      • If shifts are a specified number of minutes apart
  • Travel Time
    • Allow the caregiver to enter the travel time
    • Let Rosemark calculate the travel time based on the route found via Google Maps
  • Travel Mileage
    • Allow the caregiver to enter the travel mileage
    • Let Rosemark calculate the travel mileage based on the route found via Google Maps
 
 

Settings Managed by the EVV Events Menu

  • Allow Caregivers to enter Reimbursable Client Mileage via Telephony/RCA
  • Allow Caregivers to enter Misc. Expenses via Telephony/RCA
  • EVV Notifications
    • Enable No Show Notifications - sent to office staff as outlined in the notification section below
    • Enable Caregiver No Show Notifications - sent to the caregiver of the shift
    • Enable Early Clock-Out Notifications - sent to office staff
    • Enable Overstay Notifications - sent to office staff
    • Enable Caregiver Overstay Notifications - sent to the caregiver of the shift
    • Enable Voice Recording Notifications - allows caregivers to leave a voicemail on the EVV event, can only be accessed by going to the EVV Event
  • EVV Distance Threshold Notification - sent to the caregiver when they clock in or out

Settings Managed by the Customer Success Team

If you would like to enable or disable any of these settings or have general questions reach out to the Customer Success team to discuss. 

  • Task Entry
    • Make task entry mandatory before caregivers can clock out.
    • Caregivers can report additional tasks outside of the client’s Care Plan
    • Make the task list read only/ non-editable.
    • Caregiver can select ‘No’ to a task being completed
    • Caregiver can select ‘Refused’ to a task being completed
  • Signatures
    • Enable client signatures
    • Enable caregiver signatures
    • Make caregiver and/or client signatures on task checklist mandatory at clock out.
  • Client Information
    • Caregiver can see the client ID number
    • Caregiver can see the client’s condition tab details
    • Caregiver can see the client’s emergency tab details
    • Caregiver can see the client’s phone number
  • Enable Offline Mode
  • Allow Caregiver to accept/refuse shift offers.
  • Caregiver can leave a voice message on clock out
  • Caregivers can leave a written general note for the agency at clock out
  • Shift Free EVV - clock in and clock out - allow caregivers to clock in and out for a client without a scheduled shift.
  • Caregiver Payable Hours - Allows a caregiver to review their payroll hours for weekly or monthly time frames
  • Geofencing - Prevent caregivers from clocking in or out beyond a specificed distance threshold
