VA Billing & Batch Billing

Rosemark supports various VA billing needs including CMS-1500, UB-04, and 837p batch billing. We advise that any agency working with these forms connect with the Customer Success team for initial set up and training.
Paradigm
Many of our agencies use Paradigm to assist in their VA billing. If you are interested in how Paradigm might be able to help your business reach out to the Customer Success team.
CMS-1500
Any invoice in Rosemark can be converted into a CMS-1500 form. To do so in the Invoice List select the invoice you would like transposed to a CMS-1500 form and choose to either view or print the invoice.
UB-04
Any invoice in Rosemark can be converted into a UB-04 form. To do so in the Invoice List select the invoice you would like transposed to a UB-04 form and choose to either view or print the invoice.
837p
837p and other batch billing forms are configured on a per agency level. Please reach out to the customer success team for assistance with initial setup. Once configured these exports can be found by going to Reports - Billing. On the billing report screen you can then select the appropriate billing export.
