Updating Rosemark

To update Rosemark, click here: Customer Center.
Update Rosemark
Click Update Rosemark to download the installer.
What happens next depends on your browser. You may be prompted to Run, Open, or Save the file.
- If you see Run or Open, select it to start the installation.
- If you can only Save the file, open the downloaded InstallRosemark.msi file from your browser's Downloads list or from the folder where your downloads are saved.
Note: Some browsers may not allow you to run the installer directly. If you're prompted to save the file, save it to your computer, then open InstallRosemark.msi from your browser's Downloads list or from the folder where you save downloaded files. The location and method for accessing downloads varies by browser.
Once the installer opens, follow the steps below.
1. Welcome
On the Welcome screen, click Next.
2. Change, Repair, or Remove
To update Rosemark, click Repair.
3. Repair
Click Repair, repair/update will begin immediately.
4. Finish
When the repair/update is complete, click Finish.
Rosemark is now updated and ready to use.
