The Rosemark Starter Package is a web-based version of the Rosemark System designed for small home care agencies ready to move away from paper files and spreadsheets. It provides an easy, budget-friendly way to start using home care software without the overwhelm of a long setup process.
With self-guided training resources, built-in tutorials, and the ability to explore at your own pace, you can get started quickly and confidently. And as your agency grows, you’ll have the flexibility to upgrade to more advanced Rosemark packages whenever you’re ready.

Accessing Your Database
Each database is assigned a four (4) digit number that is used to identify your account. To view your database go to: https://www13.shoshana.com/RMXXXX/app and replace the XXXX with your four digit account number.
When you click the link, you'll be taken to a page that looks like this:
At this point, replace the Xs in the URL (as seen above in yellow) with your four-digit account number. Once you have done that, you will be taken to a Welcome screen where you can log in.

Email Verification
Once you have navigated to the web page you will be prompted to enter your username and password.

To protect your account, you will be asked to set up two-factor authentication the first time you log in. Follow these steps to set up two-factor authentication for the first time:
- Enter an email address that you use regularly.
- Check your inbox for a verification code from us (also check your spam folder).

3. Enter the one-time code on the login screen to finish.

Once you have verified your email you will get a confirmation message saying it has been setup.

Passwords
The first time a user logs in or if a password reset has been done the user will be prompted to update their password.

Password Requirements:
- Must be at least eight (8) characters
- Must not match the previous password
- Username and Passwords are case sensitive
After successfully updating a password the user will receive confirmation that its been completed.
