Shift Free EVV
This feature is not enabled by default. If you are interested in implementing Shift Free EVV in your database, please contact the Customer Success Team.
- Once you have logged into the mobile app you will see an Add Shift Button, click it to begin the shift free EVV process.
- The app will ask you to enter the client number, once entered you can press the Create Shift button.
- Clicking the Create Shift button doubles as your clock in time. You will see a confirmation message once you have created the shift.
- Because the shift is not tied to a service type the initial Tasks list will be empty.
- Adding a task can be done by searching for the task and clicking the check box on the left to add it to the task list.
- Once tasks have been added you can enter the task information like a standard shift.
- Once you have finished your shifts you can click the clock out button just as your normally would.
