Enabling Rewards for Multiple Caregivers
Agencies are able to manage a caregiver’s ability to participate in Caregiver Rewards programs, like CareCrown. If you want to manage this setting, start by navigating to the “Web!” tools in Rosemark.
Next, navigate to the gear icon on the top menu at the far right, hover over Configurations, and select Caregiver Rewards.

If Caregiver Rewards have been enabled, you should see the following screen. To enable caregivers or change the “On-Time Clock-in Cutoff” for the CareCrown, click on “Edit”.
To change the “On-Time Clock-in Cutoff” for the CareCrown, you can either enter the numerical number (in minutes), or use the up/down arrows to adjust the number of minutes appropriately.
To enable caregivers, click on the checkbox to “check” the box, which ENABLES rewards for the caregiver. To disable caregivers, uncheck the checkbox for the caregiver.
*Note: if a caregiver is invalid to be enabled, the system will display a message in red that indicates the reason the caregiver is invalid.
Click “Save” to apply the changes. (see image below)
