Caregiver Experience

Below is an overview of what your caregivers can expect to experience while using the Rosemark Caregiver App with CareCrown Rewards enabled.

When the caregiver logs in for the first time after rewards have been enabled, they will receive a pop-up message that asks if they are ready to earn bonus pay and to tap the trophy icon to get started.

Once they’ve tapped on the trophy icon, the first page they will be directed to is the Challenge Page. Challenge progress is reset every month.

• On this page they can view the progress of the available challenges, like Clock-In Veteran (for clocking in on-time) and Care Champion (for completing shifts). 
• To see a summary of their challenge progress, they can tap on the white “## DAYS REMAINING ->” 

By tapping on Leaderboard, they’ll be able to see their ranking on the Leaderboard, provided that they have earned at least the required XP (typically 1000XP).

By tapping on their name at the top of the page, they can navigate to the Profile page. 

• On the Profile page, they will be able to view their profile displaying their historical points that they’ve earned. 
• They will also be able to update their profile picture here. 
• The badges that they’ve earned will be displayed here.

By tapping on the menu, in the upper left hand corner, they’ll be able to navigate to view their rewards balance.

• Here is where they can choose to redeem their points for cash (provided that they have met the $25 minimum).
• They will also be able to view their reward redemption history here.
