Enabling rewards for an individual caregiver
Agencies are able to manage a caregiver’s ability to participate in Caregiver Rewards programs, like CareCrown. If you want to manage this setting, start by navigating to the “Web!” tools in Rosemark.
Next, navigate to your active caregiver list, and select the appropriate caregiver’s name to view their profile.
On their profile, click on the “Communications” tab.

To change the selected caregiver’s reward status, click on the Edit button. (see image below)
Finally, click to make the appropriate change (change to yes or no). Click “Save” to apply the changes. (see image below)
